By accessing or using Menu-1000 ("Service"), operated by Easwares Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Description of Service

Menu-1000 provides a digital menu management platform for restaurants and food businesses, including QR code menus, ordering integrations, table management, and related tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Upload content that is harmful, misleading, or infringes any third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (menu items, images, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant Menu-1000 a non-exclusive licence to display it within the Service.

6. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting care@easwares.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easwares Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
